No adjustment necessary!
One single strand waistbead on cotton thread. Beads are approximately 33 inches long. To adjust, measure waist by holding both ends of your waistbead and wrap it around your waist. Remove excess beads and tie cotton thread in a knot around your waist. If desired, cut or burn excess thread off the ends of your waistbead.
